Terms & Conditions

1 Scope:

The following terms apply to the contractual relationship between the Moor- und Schwefelbad Senkelteich August Großmann GmbH & Co. KG, the named service provider, and the client, who is the recipient of a health-enhancing service offered by the service provider.

2 Legal relationship and contract conclusion:

(1) The legal relationships between the service provider and the client are subject to civil law. Insofar as no written terms have been stipulated that conflict with these general terms and conditions or an individual agreement with the client exists, then the legal regulations, in particular those with regard to travel contract law in accordance with the German civil law code (§§ 651 a - 651 m BGB) are to apply.

(2) By making a reservation,  the client gives the service provider binding consent to conclude the contract in accordance with the description of the respective offer. The contact comes into effect once the service provider has received the client's reservation. This receipt need not take a specific form.

(3)  The service provider is obliged to provide the customer with the service based on the agreed offer.

3 Restrictions on liability:

A claim for damages against the service provider is restricted or excluded if, on account of international agreements or on account of legal regulations based on these (in particular §§ 701 ff. of the German civil law code (BGB)), a claim for damages against the service provider can only be applied under certain conditions or restrictions or if it is excluded entirely under certain conditions.

4 Place of delivery:

The place of delivery is Vlotho - Bad Senkelteich.

5 Invalidity of individual terms:

The invalidity of individual terms of contract does not result in the invalidity of the contract as a whole. The parties undertake to agree terms that are as close as possible to the commercial content and aims of the invalid terms.

6 Payment:

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the total price is due, up to €300 per person. The balance is to be paid upon receipt of the invoice, on the day of departure at the latest. Additional services booked during the stay are due for payment on the day of departure.

7 Cancellation / booking changes

Cancellation of a confirmed reservation incurs a charge of 10% of the total agreed price, or a minimum of €50. The receipt of a declaration of cancellation is essential. This must be submitted in written form. Booking changes are free of charge.
